How to give notice
Give notice to end your lease directly in the app.
Select Create request, choose the property, and select Give notice.
Choose your reason: moving out of the area, unsuitable size, cost, or another personal reason.
Say whether you’ll repaint and clean the property before handover, whether you have all keys and fobs, and whether there’s any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Add a note if needed.
Choose when you want to hand the property back to the landlord.
Review the summary and select Submit notice.
