How to send a payment reminder
Remind your tenant about an unpaid charge by email.
Open an unpaid charge.
Select the bell icon or choose Send reminder from the row menu.
Choose how to send it and select Send.
For a partially paid charge, the reminder shows the outstanding amount. See sent reminders and their status in the charge details.
