How to report a problem
Send your landlord a repair report with a photo or video.
Select Create request.
Choose the property where the problem occurred.
Choose Report a problem, then select a category such as Heating or Broken fixture or appliance.
Describe what happened and add photos with Use camera or Upload from gallery.
Submit the report.
