Track inspections and checks
Record property inspections and get reminders for the next due date.
Find inspections and checks in the property’s Inspections tab.
Select Create inspection.
Choose a group, such as Gas boiler inspection, or create your own.
Enter the inspection date and the next due date, then upload the inspection record.
To add a check, select Add check and record who performed it, the tenant, and any issues found.
